I need to see them on an RS before I decide. I don't want the sides of my RS all fked up, so it feels like the right thing to do...

EDIT: this picture from the vids/pics thread is a prime example of why flaps aren't such a bad idea.

My regular Focus has no serious chipping around the wheel wells. Then again I do not go off road except to a winery every now and then.

Hey @furosuto81 are those the short or long style? Looks great BTW!
I'm pretty sure these were just standard length, as I think they only had one version at the time I ordered them. The only downside I've found is that the front drivers side has become bent a little over the years as I've gone through car washes. They're pretty much a must if you're running with a high offset (those are +22), as the sides will get sprayed even more than with the stock wheels.

RallyArmor do not have a focus specific black flap with white lettering, the only focus specific offering with white lettering is on the red flap. They do sell a universal black flap with white lettering however.

RokBlokz may get my business because they offer the black/white combo, they are also known to be more rigid than the RallyArmor flaps.

From pictures I've seen I don't see why they would have to make any changes for the RS from the ST flaps, perhaps length, but then I'm assuming their short version would work just fine.. I guess I'll wait, but RokBlokz has a 5% off coupon going for memorial day (not sure how long its good for) "MD2016" and I'm awfully tempted to pull the trigger lol

It was the focus specific ones I couldn't find in B&W. I'll have to look closer at the RokBlokz

Blue, Red, grey..... no white :sour:
Blue works for me since I want to do subtle blue accents with the Stealth Grey and black!

Which are truly better? Rokblokz or Rally Armor, I've read RB are more rigid . I imagine they are both equal in ease of installation. What makes one better than the other?

There are many "vs" threads on various forums for other car makes, it all basically comes down to the rigidity from what I've read, if you are into a more flappy flap then rally armor is your ticket, if you like like the idea of a more rigid flap that doesn't go all willy nilly under speed then RB would better suit you. I'm a bit undecided personally, but leaning towards RB.. I like the idea of the flap staying mostly in form because I feel that natural hang is the most protective state, also the price point is much more digestible.

Makes sense to me. I think the RB will probably be my choice of flaps when all is said and done.

Like this look, have a few questions..

Is there drilling required for the flaps?.or does it just attach to exsisting wheel well hardware?

Will the more pliable plastic bend or warp over time?

Are these glossy finish or can you get a matte plastic quality? ( The photo looks high-shine )

Thanks for any answers.

Cheers!
