Mysterious "Rolling" Under Driver's Seat

Hi all,

This has been an issue since I bought the car (about 2 months ago), but it's finally irking me to the point of trying to figure it out. Whenever I take turns (particularly under "spirited" driving), I can feel and hear something under the driver's seat rolling to one side. I can't really tell what it is.

The first time it happened, I thought that there might be something loose, like a socket from a wrench, rolling under the seat, but there's nothing there. I noticed that the clip that holds the wire harness in place was slightly loose and jiggly, so I ziptied that to tighten it a bit thinking that that might be the issue, but that didn't do anything.

Will update the post with pictures shortly, but wondering if anyone else has ever had this issue?

Thanks in advance for any help/ suggestions!

Happens on my car too. Have a buddy with a Raptor and the Recaro's and it happens to him as well. He had the truck back at the dealer and they replaced the bracket, but still does it. I think it's just the seat brackets Ford uses. I wouldn't be too worried about it to be honest.

How dare you expect someone to search for their problem.

Oh wow... I've had the same problem and just chalked it up to either a can of fix-a-flat I thought maybe I left behind there or like you said... just a socket wrench lying around. Definitely feel this on hard turns. Is it just the driver seat? I haven't been a passenger in my own car yet to feel if the same problem exists on the passenger side as well. Will be picking up some clamps this weekend I suppose! Good info!

Passenger side does not have the same mechanism to adjust the height, just slides back and forth.

Its just the driver aside.
