Custom Made RS parts

My RS is suppose to arrive in the next couple months (waiting at German Port to ship to USA) and I want to start making some items for it before it arrives. I make all kinds of stuff for my Mustang currently with a 3D printer.
My question is this. If someone wants to help me with dimensions and measurements I'll send them a copy when I complete it. On the Mustang forums I had a guy take pictures and give me the dimensions for the Ecooboost intake cover and I made him a intake cover emblem which turned great and was a perfect match. I did a similar emblem to replace the 5.0 intake badge on the mustang.

To date I've made Strut covers, mud flaps, intake logos, coasters for the center console, Brake fluid reservoir cover, center caps and still working on more items.

Id like to make an inlay for the air intake to go in the RS logo in the 4 different matching colors. I've already got the material to do NB, Shadow Black, Stealth Gray and Frozen White. I've also started working with Carbon Fiber and would like to make some of the same parts listed above but for the RS.

Thanks in advance if anyone is interested in helping me and scoring some free parts.

San Diego. I go to cruises and car meets pretty regularly though. Was at Long Beach for Ponies at the Pikes last month and usually around the San Diego/Long Beach area for Cars and Coffee meets some of the weekends.

RS Center Caps

Started working on some prototypes for center caps. Trying some different color combinations and logo designs. I have a Fusion that uses the same size center caps so I've been able to test the fit. Open to ideas or feedback. Going to try some more color combinations and work on incorporating the dual color logo into a one piece unit. I have some Black Carbon Fiber and Blue Carbon Fiber/Kevlar that I'm going to try out for the center cap covering.

Started working on a cold air ram intake. Looking for someone in the San Diego area that would be interested in working with me to install it on their car and give feedback on fitment. One I get the fitment perfect they can have a free one for their car. Looking at doinf several different colors to contrast or compliment the RS colors. This is just my first prototype.

PM me if you are interested. One my RS arrives in December I'll be using that to make pieces.

Here's a pic of the CAI Snorkel I made for the ST. The dimensions and tolerances are a little tight, but the 3D printer makes it doable. Good Luck.

I have a Robo 3D R1+, and The Beast. The Beast I use for larger stuff it has a 470 x 435 x 690 mm BUILD VOLUME. That CAI Snorkel looks good. Did you paint it? It has a nice finish.

The models are pretty cool. I looked at some of those for the mustang when they released them. Too many projects and toys already, plus $150 for the files.

now i need to design the cover for the air filter box.
