I need something like that to hang my stock hood on (currently running my "track" vented hood). Better than just sitting on the ground against the wall covered in moving blankets. I have a sneaking suspicion it's been scratched/dented over the last couple of years just sitting there...

@BigFatFlip thats a genius way to hang it. I even recognize the dollar store lower hanger and generic j-hook as an upper lock. I love it

I'm planning to get proper hood pins to mount into the wall as I don't want that upper hook rubbing the paint off, now that it's painted.

The question is: Are the prints in the paint or on the paint! One sux, the other is trivial. Hope they are on!

They're on so no big deal
Stock focus hood that been cut up. Almost all of the under layer of metal is gone. I'll weight it at some point

Would you be cool sharing a pic of the underside to show what all or how extensively cut it is? Whenever you’d get a chance obviously.
I just had my track hood cut up and vents added, but was thinking of cutting more under layers out and adding hood pins/locks like yours. I’ll post mine up when I get back to the car.

just on vacation right now (literally ordering more goodies for my car). Ill get pics when i am back, its pretty cut up though, you can see it vibrating at lights.

Decided to give the RS a "haircut" and took off the roof/bike rack since I haven't really been riding that much the last few months. Unfortunately, I come to find that the rack has left a fat dent on my roof/side "hoop" 
Need to give my PDR guy a call to see if he can work his black magic.

don’t feel too bad, mine have been like that since 2 weeks after owning the car using the euro rack.Decided to give the RS a "haircut" and took off the roof/bike rack since I haven't really been riding that much the last few months.
