Simple question.. Do you guys wash and reuse your wax pads (the round microfiber ones) or do you just toss 'em when you're done and buy new ones?

Micro pads clog with wax/polish and rarely fail or wear out in home use applications. Yes, wash with car wash soap and water, squeeze but dont wring out excess water, dry naturally.

I reuse mine just wash with a little Dawn soap.

I reuse mine, much to the chagrin of my wife, who hates the feel of micro fiber! (?)
She said it’s like me hating the feel of frosted stemware.
If we ever go to a bar that serves drinks in frosted glasses, with micro fiber napkins, we’re screwed.

yep just use a Air compressor to unload the disc then wash.
