I ordered a rebuild kit from a well-known seller of transmission parts. These idiots erased the markings on the bearings in a sorry attempt to conceal the fact they are selling off-the-shelf industry-standard bearings at a significant markup.
The brand new bearings I got are full of metal shavings, probably mixed with the abrasive material used to grind the numbers.
They did not care to reply to an email

The bearing pictured above is a 80x50x20mm tapered roller bearing known as 32010X
Prices vary from $7 (Dunlop brand) to $24 for a top-quality SKF-brand (does not get any better) and they charge you $55 for it and we don’t even know if it’s a brand-named one or some cheap knockoff from god knows where.
All seven bearings were in the same terrible condition. I don’t have time to send them back, I spent about four hours cleaning them over and over and there are still little sparkly specks on my tissues, and they still run a little grainy.
Bottom-line: source the bearing yourself. You will make huge savings while getting top quality products.

3x LM300849/811 (countershafts and diff carrier, 68x41x17.5mm)
1x 32010X (diff carrier, 80x50x20mm)
1x LBC1 0522 / RBC1 0472 combo (input shaft, 28x50x14.5mm)
I have laser-marked the bearings for the next guy (probably me 😅) and confirmed all dimensions using my precision TESA caliper.
Shop around for best prices, some sellers offer “generic brands” at substantially lower price than the top brands like SKF, Timken, and F.A.G. that are commonly found as original equipment.
