Hey guys, I was attempting to change my intercooler yesterday. I got all the screws and push pins and couldn't get the bumper off because the license plate is bolted to the ?frame. 29 mm socket is the nut size, it seems to me like the bolt is stuck or something. Im not sure if its anchored on the other side but I have no idea. Im not the original owner so idk how he put this thing on. Also does anyone know where I can buy replacement push pins? To top it off the push pin holes are stripped so I had to zip tie it to secure it. What a nightmare. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Aloha,
David

That bolt is reverse threaded. So to loosen, turn clockwise.

Go to Tasca or search around here for the pushpins. For the ones on the bottom of the front lip, Tasca isn't clear on the part so you'll have to do a search on here.

LoL, good thing thats got some strong threads. It might be really tight now.

But yes, the tow hook threads are reverse threaded. So its not righty tighty, lefty loosy.

Righty Loosey, Lefty Tighty.
