Looks fine, clean the filter (and ensure it's a quality one).

Your MPG isn't that far off, these cars don't do a great job with economy.

Thanks for all the feedback! I'll keep the intake. I'll put a new air filter and senser The car only has 10k on it so I hopefully don't have to do anything with spark plugs.

Depends on what plugs are in there. I think consensus on something like the NGK 6510s is replace every 15k.
