Ford just updated the build configurator to include an RS Winter Tire and Wheel Package for $1995 on the US site. The wheels are the same as the stock wheels, except they are "sparkle silver" versus the darker color featured on the stock wheels. If you want to get an idea of how the RS looks with brighter, more metallic looking rims check it out!

Weird, I was just looking there and it says $1995 for me. I wonder if these come with TPMS sensors. If so, what is the process for re-programming the vehicle?
I'm also trying to figure out if this package is worth it.
TireRack has the following prices for 18" PA4s that are close to the diameter of the 235/35R19s:
225/40R18 = $204.30 (-1.6% diameter, 100mph speedo = 98.47mph actual)
245/40R18 = $251.75 (+0.8% diameter, 100mph speedo = 100.94mph actual)

TPMS sensors $212, going on the assumption that they're present in the Winter package.

So putting together the tires and the TPMS sensors, that's $1029.2 - $1219. That leaves $776 - $965.8 for the wheels, or $194 - $241.45 per wheel. That's ignoring taxes and delivery, although at least in my case it seems like they would even out. Are the wheels worth $200+?

"Free" with a much higher base price on the RS than in the US haha.

I contemplated this package as well since I will definitely need a set of winter tires come next winter, but I think I can make my own set for much less buying a set of used wheels or some aftermarket. Plus I'd like it to be unique and not like every other RS out there in the winter. I think I'll still stick with the PA4s though, they sound like the perfect snow tire for the RS and I also love Michelins.

From Tire Rack's description:
The Pilot Alpin PA4 is Michelin's Performance Winter / Snow tire developed to meet the needs of enthusiasts who may encounter snow-covered roads when they drive their ultra high performance sports cars, sedans or coupes during freezing temperatures, snow and ice.

lol Are you sure about that? Your base price in Nitrous Blue is $37,300 (including delivery etc.). And guess how much our fully loaded NB "base" is (including delivery etc.) when converted to USD? $37,266. ;) RS2+forged wheels+Cup 2 tires+car cover+winter wheels/tires w. TPMS and a little extra gas money for free? I'll take it! You're getting no deal in the US tbh... BUT at least you have more RSs coming to your shores.

TPMS sensors should be included for you guys in the south. I doubt they'd sell you a package that would keep the pressure warning light on.

This!

Took the words out of my mouth. Usually we get hosed on pricing, but definitely not this time. Sure we only have one choice, but I'm good with that!

Yeah you Canadians got lucky getting the winter wheel package included with your RS's :p Does anyone know if the winter wheel and tire package can be ordered after your RS has already been selected for scheduling with the $1995 pricing? If not I'm not paying 3k for the set and will just get some 19'' Bridgestone Blizzaks and run the one set of rims year round.

I was told that the wheel sensors will be programmed to the vehicle, so it is a swap and go process every two seasons.

I've been going back and forth between my stockers/blizzaks and my summer ccw's for 4 years, both sets have oem sensors, no light.

Its my understanding that the new cars have different sensors from my 12', so I didn't know if it would be the same deal, which is why I asked when I did.

I wonder how the PA4s compare to WS80 and X-Ice. They're obviously in different categories, and it seems the ice acceleration on the studless is quite a bit better, but what about snow/slush traction?

VOC received today, I saw the free wheel/tire thing on my order, I thought maybe it was a seasonal thing. Sounds like it will be an all year round thing on purchases then? What about the Car Cover that's showing on the order.

Kinda makes sense though, as they are providing road legal track tires as standard, so I guess from a liability aspect in a country where it is below 5C 6 months a year they provide the winter wheels/tires.
