Rev Limit Cuts Engine at 120 mph

Ya shouldnt do that unless you didn’t upshift. Im able to cruise at that speed

I didn’t say you were. I was stating it should not do that unless you did not upshift.
Something is up. Any chance it was a used car? Maybe a valet tune? Those limit boost or speed or rev limit?

Is it rev limit or speed limit? Rev will have more of a break up feel the speed limit will be smooth and just not go any faster

I'm not sure with this car but not all cars have a "rababababa" rev break up sound at rev limit. Some go smooth just like a speed limiter. My 370Z does this when I pass with a 3rd or 4th gear pull. It just smooths and doesn't progress after 7500rpm. Just saying.

The rs definitely is different. I’ve hit rev limit and speed limit. Rev limit make you think you just popped the motor pushing it that hard. Speed limit is smooth

More likely they will solve it and you still won’t report back because it is one of the many things we have said it could be.
So rather than bruise your own ego, you will carry on believing we are a holes.
Truth is what is stated is the only real options you have for why it won’t go past 120
. Maybe bring up those things to the dealer to get them started.
You seem to be asking the same question and getting mad when all the same and only logical answers are given.
But please respond to what the dealer finds out if for no other reason as to prove us all wrong.

No don’t lock it. I want him to know he can come back to it but won’t. He’s gonna find out after acting like a sak that everyone was trying to help him. But he was not hearing what he liked. Hence why he won’t post again. Blame it on everyone being mean, even when he finds out it was exactly one of the things mentioned.
