Need a Contact For Replacement Parts

So as I explained in my Introduction - I was lucky enough to get my hands on a 16' SB RS. 270 miles and 18 hours later it was being hauled away on a flatbed due to a deer encounter. i was really lucky that the impact was on the side of the left front qtr - but there was a bit of wrap-around effect that damaged the front bumper and hood as well.

The body shop here was finally able to break down the parts listing to go after but availability itself is looking scarce so far through multiple contacts. Just seems it is to new and nobody knows anything ☹

Looking for help from someone who knows someone who has some good info on parts availability so my guy can get hooked up with that guy to move things along a bit quicker -

Any help is appreciated

Have you not contacted Fords part dept ? The car is only a few months old.

Sent from my iPhone SE using Taptalk
First call was to the local ford guys - they helped with getting the specific parts and costing - it's where to go to aquire the actual parts that is becoming an issue (for me). 1 week in and no eta on part availability from the Midwest parts centers / if there is a regional or national contact I'd reach out to bridge some gaps - local guys don't seem to be much help.

Ford customer care was my next stop - just thought I'd ask here as well - I'm sure there aren't many around yet with the need to repair yet
I was rear ended and need a new diffuser and exhaust. The body shop said they would contact Ford directly because all they can pull up is ST parts. Any first year ST owners around that can speak to part availability?

F'ing deer crossed my path yesterday, hope it's fixed soon.

Haha ok - maybe I'm just being impatient then - I am ok with a wait but nobody being dialed into an eta or even parts availability status in general on the ford side is worrisome - ill give them a bit more time before I start really pushing - just don't want to be 6 damn months down the road waiting for it to get figured out is all

Just sucks like hell to get what I was totally stoked about ripped out from underneath me by a 4 legged box of rocks - lol

Ya man hoping to make some progress on the information front this week - if not gonna have to start reaching out to ford customer care for info.
is there any online site or document where you can search for RS part numbers? I need the part number for the front black plastic trim that has the RS logo on it. Looks like is a snap on piece. thanks
The problem being the reason why you need parts. If it was under warranty repair you could rush them but being a collision incident it can take a while. It is not uncommon for the word weeks or months to be thrown around when waiting on parts for collision repair. This is more present with German made vehicles, oh wait.

The parts confusion is on the BS/Insurance end of things and their data can be lacking at times. Your best bet is to call your dealer or walk in there with a list to get every part number, they can also check availability.
