Just wondering how many of us have done a track day at Luddenham in Sydney's west. Great little track.

Well at 1.4klm long it re defines rinky dink track. I regularly ride Phillip Island and Broadford and have experience on Eastern Creek and have also been to Wakefield park. I've also been around the IOM and Nurburgring.
I consider Broadford as quite a fun little rinky dink track and its 2.2klms long and Wakefield is another little point and squirt place at 2.16. Cant imagine what 1.4 klms is like.
Guess I'm spoilt with PI.

From what I've seen it's almost purpose built for something like a Clio or a 308 GTI. Light FWD. Heavy AWD doesn't seem to be something that will be that fast or fun.

Having said that, is it even open any more? I heard the track day part closed down.

Did a track day there last weekend. So definitely open and plenty of fun. Was 3rd quickest out of 42 cars.

Phil, I've driven the ring too and plenty of others. Can still have fun on small tracks.

That's good to hear. I was keen to try it out.

Sure you can but they tend to get a bit boring after a few sessions. Oran Park GP circuit was another favourite as well as Amaroo but it was also a little short for me as well as dangerous.
The short tracks are also more physical on a bike. I always end up stiff and sore from Broadford where PI I'm fine.
I know money is always an issue but this is obviously a specialist ride/drive day track which limits its appeal a little.
I'd prefer eastern Creek for sure.
