Hey guys, I have an issue that arose about a month ago. Whenever I steer at low speeds and idle, I get a very loud, what sounds like a rubbing or grinding noise. I haven't been able to pin what it is, closest i got was its on the passenger side of the steering rack, couldn't tell if it was the inner tie rod or the steering rack itself. Kinda hoping its just a shield rubbing on the rack and vibrating, but it does not seem to be the case. I did notice the passenger side inner tie rod boot was loose, could this dry out the inside and cause the noise? Anyone have any suggestions? TIA
