It looks like the Digital Dash will be up for sale for $585 as of this Saturday 4/10 on their website:

I've been following their progress on this for a long time and I'm glad it's finally here.

Glad to see the project is still alive and actually going to production, but wow...almost $600 is pretty steep

Compare that to a set of Defi guages and its actually pretty cheap?

Information being fed is a estimation, think I’ll pass on any info that is sent to that pod. No offense to the guys who designed it, but 600 pays for a few track tires 🤷🏼‍♂️😂
$600 is reasonable for a customizable plug and play gauge cluster. Definitely interesting. Curious to see how well it holds up in the heat.

The heat sink picture they posted today looked pretty big.
I've also been watching for the release of this, it does sound like the Accessport may get pissy if this is connected in with it. If so, that's a bummer.

Really?
Where did you get that info?

Interesting......
That kinda sux in a way......
Might be a deal breaker for those that use the Accessport regularly, like myself.
I wonder if thats something they can or will address?
If there are any replies from them to the last comment at the bottom of screenshot, can you post that too please??
What do they offer that OEM gauges don't?
Aren't they displaying the same values?

I’m guessing you’re referring to the heat sink for the pi. Heat sinks work at normal temps, but won’t be very effective in high ambient temps.

I’m more concerned with the LCD screen and any components installed under the gauge pod, which probably includes the pi 🤷‍♂️. The dash area gets extremely hot in the sun.

I’ve had LCD gauges mounted in a dash pod on a previous car. The LCD screens eventually started failing due to the extreme heat on the dash.

Hopefully they’ve already worked out any heat issues. I’m definitely interested.

When you drive how often are you actually watching those gauges?

Hardly ever, but they're cool.

I just want a 2018+ mustang gauge cluster instead of these gauges - I don't even have the center gauge pod in my car anymore. Removed it day one and put an SE speaker grille in to cover it

That digital gauge cluster is a thing of beauty.

That would be so cool. I wonder if they are similar sizes

It looks similar, I've read threads of mustang guys retrofitting it into the older ones. So I'm sure it can be done.
