did you have to bend the hpfp fuel tube to.make it.fit? what injectors did you get? how many whp are you running. my target is 500whp
I did not install mi e but it is said to be direct blot on no issues.
I can find out what injectors lms used. I’m running 523whp on a lower reading dyno with a true flex fuel setup.

What is your build if you don’t mind

looks like needs minimal bending

It can be done by hand with minimal effort.

Did you get the "evo" pump that is rated higher?

How many miles are you on the set up?

Around 10k on the setup right now.

Stock turbo or not?

Stock turbo, it’s setup conservatively around 20psi for track use.

Did you have to bend some hard pipe?

I did notthe Mountune kit came with everything.

Link doesn't work
My build is a full Livernois long block 2.3, ported head, upgraded valves train, direct port meth injection with straight meth, turbonetics turbo also now called the pte. kN filter, Xtreme clutch assembly, Livernois hpfp, injectors, downpipe, eibach springs, few other odds and ends.
Sorry some things I do not know what they used as a lot of things are proprietary to them.
I’m running a true flex fuel setup on this car and it works amazing.
I settled on the lms pump over xdi based on info from tune plus about failure of pumps at a rate that’s not acceptable he also stated they simple won’t work and said a fuel rail is the only way to go. Like any company xdi may have fixed those issues. I just know that the lms hpfp has been well tested for a lot of miles. They have had very good success with them. I know a few guys here in Michigan running them on the daily drivers with stock turbo using flex fuel. It been a while since I’ve talked to the two I know well but both had a decent amount of miles on them over 20k when I last knew.

I installed the Livernois pump. You use the stock line from the lift pump and subtly tweak the HP hard line. I used pry bars and wrenches. CAREFULLY. It’s a bit of a pain, but just go into it knowing it’s going to take some time and go slow and you’ll be fine.
I have XDI fuel pump and injectors. I have ran for about 10k miles no issues. I am now running full e85 tuned by stratified on my stock turbo without any issues. Yes you have to bend the fuel line and it does suck. I wrote a post about it. You can also ask XDI and they can make you a custom hardline to replace that will be a direct fit. Anyone running these injectors with a big turbo?

would also like to know 👍
Well I took the plunge to try them out.
Gonna swap out my current set I have been running to try these to see what they do.
Have a plan for the spare set that involves a 2.0 edge I’m doing.

Looking at the images on this page, it looks like it can handle a decent amount of whp on pump gas. e85 is more limited and mountune told me that for e85, one would need to uppgrade the lpfp

I was wondering too if Xtreme-DI HPFP+Injectors upgrade is not safer than Aux Fuel.
I already bought all fittings and rail from Radium, but before I order the DW injectors and Split Second, I want to be fixed on this matter.
I asked the question to Stratified (my actual tuner) and they say that they can do both and both are great, just that Aux Fuel bring the benefit of cleaning.
It seem that for the tuning process, both are well experimented now, so no problem on this side.

I already have port WMI that is spraying frequently, as it's my race car, so this is not my concern.

Does someone had fail in the past with Aux Fuel?
I want the most reliable solution. If split second was having a flow failsafe, I would be more confident.

Which one have more power potential on E50 and E85 (without LPFP upgrade)?

I prepare the car for futur levels, as my end goal would be 525whp on crappy 91 fuel if one day I get the Radium FST surge tank, cylinder brace and BG turbo.

The safest one is the one you install correctly. I've seen an aux kit fail because the taps to the coil packs weren't placed correctly. They got lucky and only blew a gasket. That failure wasn't the kit's fault.
With my 6870 precision turbo for 700 plus hp gotta have aux fuel on e85. But when I run 93 it won't be using the rail. My setup has the 2000cc injectors.
Just on those injectors alone with 93 I was over 500hp.
Zombie thread action, but relevant - I just ordered the XDI EVO HPFP and injectors from Tune Plus. I bought the Full Blown Motorsports secondary fuel rail & injectors but never installed them as I was leery of our mandatory smog testing, which is really strict around here. It would have failed the visual part of the test, and I couldn't come up with an OEM appearing way to make the engine cover fit right. With a conservative 525whp target, the HPFP setup will give me some headroom on my build: 2.3, ported head, NX2, Mountune V2 cams. I asked Adam about the Nostrum but he said he had problems with tuning and reliability with them.

Will you be using pump gas or ethanol? I'm looking for a more OEM-like fueling upgrade, helps that it hides well come smog time.
