I am not, but the guy I bought a mountune exhaust manifold from was and swore by it. Pretty sure all he said all he did for his build was basic bolt-ons and that Mountune HPFP (which is just a rebranded XtremeD) and was making 400+whp in a ST, it sounded pretty rowdy, so I wouldn't doubt his claims. I would check out Xtreme-Di – GDI Performance Parts. I think your other option is Livernois, but they don't tune with Cobb AP to my knowledge.
I’m not sure he was running that on an ST as they use a completely different hpfp. And as far as I know no one makes one because I have tried for my 2.0.
Second you do not need the the mycal from Livernois to tune. You can tune the hpfp and injectors with any software. Just bolt on the pump and tune as usual.

Well here the deal. I’m old enough to remember when tune plus was all over writing up tests for this pump.
Then nothing, when I inquired about it he said it was no good and failed on him. Wanted to sell me a rail setup. No thanks.
Funny part he kept them on the site and now still sells them. I know from other eco platforms that the xdi pumps fail at a higher rate than I would risk. They were way behind Livernois in developing these And seems they have not got them right.
Now don’t take it as I’m pushing Livernois although I use them. I use them because of the research I did and blatant double talk about the xdi pumps.
That being said I have high hopes for the new injectors they have.
The pump you need depends on what you are doing. Lms offers two I run the smaller one but I’m also tuning meth that will supplement fueling at high boost. Best bet would be to call them tell them your setup and see what they recommend.
I can tell you they will never sell you something you don’t need trust me I’ve tried to waste a bunch of money and they shoot me down.

FYI. The XDI HPFP requires specific changes to the hpfp configuration tables which are not released with their hpfp. You must use something like the mycal or know the tables and data to change via other tuning software.
Ah got it.
I was under the impression from some Livernois statements you could use access port with the setup they sell but again i may be wrong as I had them do mine.

I was wondering about reliability and since I have wmi I figured hpfp would be a cleaner install than Aux fuel rail and wmi can do the valve cleaning.

What would happen if doing a wot run and burn the aux fuel rail fuse? I am guessing it will be trouble or nothing to.worry about?
So if you go fuel rail and it fails it’s a big problem.
Not so with the hpfp and injectors. Ron Henry and I talked at length about it when I was doing mine and he also agreed if far better than a rail system because all your stock safety nets stay in place. I’m running hpfp and injectors and direct port meth at 100 percent meth and I love the setup.

did you have to bend the hpfp fuel tube to.make it.fit? what injectors did you get? how many whp are you running. my target is 500whp
I did not install mi e but it is said to be direct blot on no issues.
I can find out what injectors lms used. I’m running 523whp on a lower reading dyno with a true flex fuel setup.

My build is a full Livernois long block 2.3, ported head, upgraded valves train, direct port meth injection with straight meth, turbonetics turbo also now called the pte. kN filter, Xtreme clutch assembly, Livernois hpfp, injectors, downpipe, eibach springs, few other odds and ends.
Sorry some things I do not know what they used as a lot of things are proprietary to them.
I’m running a true flex fuel setup on this car and it works amazing.
I settled on the lms pump over xdi based on info from tune plus about failure of pumps at a rate that’s not acceptable he also stated they simple won’t work and said a fuel rail is the only way to go. Like any company xdi may have fixed those issues. I just know that the lms hpfp has been well tested for a lot of miles. They have had very good success with them. I know a few guys here in Michigan running them on the daily drivers with stock turbo using flex fuel. It been a while since I’ve talked to the two I know well but both had a decent amount of miles on them over 20k when I last knew.
