I have a CPE Exhale Kit with an HKS BOV on a 2016 FoRS and the BOV is not actuating (no sound, can’t feel any air coming out the bottom). The snap ring is on tight and I replaced the line that runs from the adapter to the BOV so no holes in the line or in any of the other lines. I can push on the inside of the BOV to verify it’s not jammed as well. If anyone has any ideas on what the issue might be, it would be greatly appreciated.

The “MapTap”. It’s the little silver 3-way block that sits between the manifold and the BOV.

Try searching this forum, I think other's have had issues using that part specifically, so that may be the issue or at least something just related to that part. I think most use the BRA from Turbosmart. I haven't installed either myself, just the uprated versions with the same form as the BOV that came oem on the car.

Thanks for the reply. Most people are discussing switching from the MapTap to the BRA and how each affect charge are temp readings. But I have yet to find anyone who has the issue where it’s just not opening the BOV.
