I doubt it. I suspect most "high flow cats" flow much better than stock.

Have you done any internet searching or consulted with any "good" performance shops to see if you can get any accurate cat flow specs on aftermarket and OEM cats?

Yeah, no problem. I would advise against WOT pulls, but driving around should be fine. With a wideband o2 used for fueling and multiple ways for the ECU to control boost, it's not like the 90s where you could easily boost creep and blow a motor or just lean out from a downpipe.

What’s mods you have or planning?
There’s little benefit to a high flow cat unless going big turbo
