Do you need to be tuned with a high flow cat?

I doubt it. I suspect most "high flow cats" flow much better than stock.

Have you done any internet searching or consulted with any "good" performance shops to see if you can get any accurate cat flow specs on aftermarket and OEM cats?

Yeah, no problem. I would advise against WOT pulls, but driving around should be fine. With a wideband o2 used for fueling and multiple ways for the ECU to control boost, it's not like the 90s where you could easily boost creep and blow a motor or just lean out from a downpipe.

Big turbo eventually. Air,catch can and cat back as of now

I've got a Depo catted downpipe and stock exhaust I love the sound. I don't think there are any performance gains on a stock turbo but it sounds great.

It's catted and perfectly tame inside the car. I have the stock catbacks.
