Probably 420HP/420ft-lbs, the blocks are good for about 450ft-lbs I think if you really want to push it. I think the prev owner of my turbo took it to 475 and it grenaded within a few weeks. 420ft-lbs is the safe zone for daily driving (longevity/reliability).
