These are good tires for overall use. They will give up some performance at the 8/10ths level of cornering but wear reasonably well. If you are primarily a DD user, they are a good value. A friend of mine runs these on his 2001, BMW M5. He has had several sets and likes the overall balance, value and wear. With that said, they will tradeoff some handling feel and you may get more ABS and traction control intervention as you push it harder and harder.
I put them on and I am satisfied. The 245/35 19 fits well. The ride is great and relatively quiet. For DD'g - which is what this car primarily does - these are good tires.
I do notice that I have to press the brake pedal a little harder and they don't stop quite as quickly as the MPSSs, but for street use this is not a big deal. The handling, cornering, lane changing are all satisfactory.

A curiosity. So I was researching wheel locks, and found that nobody seems to make our kind of locks. There's spline type, some kind of spinny types, etc, but none of them have the shape and function that ours do. Ours have a completely flat and round center with just a handful of individual...
How many out there are using the stock 19" rims for their winter set up? While I know an 18" would be better for price and selection, I've just been working with what I have still vs trying to sell stock on look for another 18" set to buy.
I am looking within the next season to go with a...

Some of you may have seen the latest "Consumer Reports" review of UHP summer tires, with the new Nokian "Z-Line" coming in tied for second place after the #1 Michelin Super Sports. The review also notes they have a better ride than the SSs.
I bought my RS in January, and I had the dealer...
