FORScan - Mods, changes, and info
This thread is for all FORScan mods that work on the RS. I will be posting more modules as I have time to check the validity of each change.
Please post any additions you have tried and verified that work. I will add them to this post. When I finish all the modules. I will post a link to the completed spreadsheet.
This thread will replace my other related thread.

Any idea what the power efficiency thing does on the RS exactly? I see it works, but I feel it's more of a hybrid thing.

The heated seats and heated steering wheel controls on the sync 3 system don't work so they can be removed

Looks like they figured out how to modify the TMPS thresholds for when the light triggers. It might be worth digging around there as the Raptor guys have some experience in this too.

What I am working with right now is "AsNBuilt" only. Most of modules listed on the other sheets are not available for the RS. I am going to complete all the "AsBuilt" options first because they are safe changes and most will not harm any major module. A lot of the module parameters outside of the AsBuilt date can do some serious damage an cause a trip to the Ford dealer on the tow truck.

Interesting thread for a techie like me. I've ordered an OBD doo-dad and look forward to tinkering with settings. I'm particularly interested in enabling navigation while in motion. How silly that I can buy a $150 accessory nav, suction cup it to the windshield and navigate in motion but can't do it with factory installed system.

The best one to buy is OBDlink MX. It costs more but works better and faster plus less prone to errors. As usual you get what you pay for.Interesting thread for a techie like me. Yes, enable NAV in motion is an easy change with FORscan.
