From post #7:

I told my nephew about the bracket, he said "how about getting a roll cage instead?"

"Isn't that where you commonly mount a fire extinguisher in a car?"

🤔😁
🤷‍♂️, he's right. Get a cage. 😝

Thanks for re-sharing the photo. Seems using the grub screws is possible, but would definitely limit the seat's range of motion when done as pictured. Also beyond seemingly being less secure, they would likely leave some quite obvious damage if the mount was ever removed or if somone moved the seat to far forward. Beyond the mount being in the way, I wonder if that extinguisher is.

Cheapest roll cage i saw was almost $1,000. Not ready to lose my rear seats.

On the MS6 a roll cage might cost more.

Good point on the possible damage if uninstalled.

Same price with Amazon for a new one, but if you want it cheaper and don't mind refurbs:

Can't beat $35.

I just want to cross post so people know what the Factory Seconds B Stock look like:

Tire Automotive tire Bumper Automotive exterior Wheel

The left has very minor marks, once assembled you wouldn't notice it. The one on the right is practically brand new other than there was a minor rip on the carton label.

All hardware included to install.
