It's not mechanical by the sounds of that video. Sounds like either a splash guard or some other plastic part like the piece between front bar and the shi7 felt section under the engine, which is supposed to be an undertray, or maybe even one of the wheel arch splash guards.
Best bet is to jack it up and have a look, I'm sure it will be obvious once you have a look underneath.

Is the under tray attached properly and not fallen off its mountings

Thanks guys. I was thinking non-mechanical because it happens at 90kph, regardless of gears or revs. I did lay on the ground and have a feel around and it all seemed intact but I'll definitely be jacking it up this evening to look.

God damn car cannot just be happy it's on the road and functional 😅😂

“Someone” left one or more of the under tray panels loose. Your video plainly hear the part flapping and scraping as it touched the road surface. I’m sure it’s an easy fix if the parts aren’t too damaged.

Undertray wasn't attached right, and as a result ended up cracking and flexing enough to hit the ground

The push pin that holds it in place was there, but it was under the tray, not holding it in place

Simple removal of the pin and putting it in place has it stuck. So fingers crossed it stays 😅

Thanks everyone, super appreciate the input

Make the dealer get you a new one then get it coated in LineX.
