Hey guys. Im on focusst.org and plan to trade my 13 for an RS. I am a small family owned ford dealer and we've been around since 1922. Who knows what they are doing for allocation and build on this car. If we get one, I am keeping it. Id be more than happy to help more people out if we get more than one car but who knows what will happen. Anyways, anyone who has dealer questions or issues I'd like to help!

Do you know if A/D/X plans will be allowed on the RS when it comes out?

I am in eastford ct
And I certainly hope so but I kind of doubt it. The boss, raptor, and Shelbys have never had it so I'm kind of thinking no. But that would be announced once we have pricing and an order guide.

I am originally from Norwich, CT and I now live in Northern NJ. Where abouts is Eastford? If it is not entirely out of the way, I may be willing to come visit you for a purchase, as long as you can register a car in NJ (if I am still living here).

About 40 minutes north of Norwich. Get off 395 in Putnam then 15 minutes more. I will gladly sell to NJ but I can't register. I'd give you a dealer plate and let you register and mail plate back. Like I said though, I don't know how many Rs we will get. I'm more here as a member just figured I'd offer any help I can.

Jeez, I should know better! I went to Pomfret for a year and I went to Assumption up in Worcester, driving up 395 every time.

yes sir i can drop ship to any dealer assuming i have allocation to fill the orders

I'm actually not even joking I may need to take you up on that, my local Subaru dealer didn't seem too interested about finding a white hatchback for me so I drove from AL to SC to pick one up from another dealership. The look on their face was priceless the first time I pulled into the dealership

jonb347, off forum topic, but Ford really needs to make the Transit Connect as RHD available in the US. I believe they already have it made like this in some parts of the world. Postal employee's would buy them up in a hurry I think.
