Those waiting for the next shipment of 2018 RS's (myself included) are looking at a delay. Cygnus Leader was at Bremerhaven, where it broke off its moorings due to a storm and sustained damage when it collided into another ship. The good news is that none of our cars are on it yet, as Zeebrugge is the next stop. I'm pretty pissed already because my car sat at Zeebrugge for 10 days last month and wasn't loaded, while cars that arrived just a few days before the ship were put on. I could have had my car late September. :grief:

I understand people waited a lot longer, but the only reason I'm complaining is that last month, other cars sat at the Zeebrugge port for 3 days and shipped (this is confirmed by now) while mine had been there over 3 times as long and didn't. And it's still there :(

Suspected something is up, since it's been moor for a while now. Hopefully they can get it fix correctly ASAP, it is at the dry dock getting repair at this moment.
You called it. The article I posted said it was taken back to the berth by tugs. Do you know for a fact it's in dry dock? If the damage is in any way extensive, I dunno, maybe we'll have to wait for the next ship next month -_-

Some 16 and 17 model years sat at Port for weeks OP..Why ask FOMOCO...Good luck getting yours in a timely manner
Weeks? What about months! I know of a few cars that went missing and unaccounted for months. The best news is no FoRS were harmed during this incident.

Ah. Well hopefully it sticks to the new schedule and is just a few days late.

They are secretly putting in head gasket revision Z so your engine will hold together for 60.1k miles. True story.

Haha, I'd love to get 60K miles out of this car - it'll probably take me close to 10 years to hit that

I have only had mine for a few months and already put on 8k miles. Do a lot of weekend driving with day trips or weekend overnighters throughout the Midwest. I have those seats well broken in now ;) . Don't drive so much during the colder months.

That's awesome. I work 6 days a week and take the subway both ways, so that eats into my driving time. But I hope to put on some serious miles with this car. I imagine the driving is better in the Midwest than the Northeast, where we have terrible roads, 25 mph city speed limits, and nonstop traffic. I got a bunch of road trips in mind - just gonna head west!
