Hey guys,

Looking to begin a conversation on maintenance practices for the RS driver that doesn't track their vehicle, but rather takes it out on spirited runs 1-2 times per week. In my case, the type of driving I'm referring to is mostly canyon runs; 30-45 minute sprints around backroads with heavy acceleration, braking and cornering.

While the vehicle isn't undergoing the punishing levels of abuse it normally would on a track day, I gotta believe it's comparable. My RS is also my daily driver and I intend on holding onto to it for a good while.

That all being said - does anyone have any tips on prolonging the car's reliability, performance and durability with this kind of driving style in mind? Things to check on regularly, be cautious about, etc.?

Thanks so much!
