Tasca is selling a bare block there, correct? Not a short block.

They sell the whole Ford part catalog. The link at $1566 is to a brand new Ford short block with all the plugs and dowels and all new internals (crank, rods, pistons) fitted, it comes in a crate and is ready to go. The bare block costs half that price.
