So I know this has been widely discussed but I have something different myself. On startup, while driving, and hot or cold I don’t have any issues with it. Occasionally during medium acceleration and bumps I get a small buzz sound. It kinda goes away when I move the adjustment for the seatbelt but never permanently. Its not the typical “typewriter” sound everyone else seems to get but I think it’s almost as annoying. I just wanted to know if anyone else has had this issue and what the fix was. I don’t mind doing the lithium in the pinch welds fix if needed; but I also don’t want to put the car through that unless that’s what’s causing it. Maybe some felt pads and greasing the adjuster? Thanks.

A recording would be helpful, but I doubt it's anything other than the adjuster. I've used sound deadening foam I had lying around and put some in the spaces. If you out your adjuster at the lowest level don't forget to pad where it sits on the plastic cover.
