I have pretty much lost hope for finding dealers in Georgia that will sell me a car at MSRP. Everyone I have called either does not have sufficient information or will be charging 3 to 5k over.

Finally got a call back today from a dealer but the salesmen said they sold one allocation already at 3k over. Personally, I am not interested in paying anything over MSRP (call me cheap if you want).

If anyone knows of any dealers in Georgia or the surrounding states that is not screwing people over please let me know.

I got one for 1k. I might have been able to talk him down but I really want the car so I sucked it up and paid for it. Everyone else though was 3k to 5k. Even local small town dealers in Chattanooga wanted 5k or so markup...

I asked 5 dealers in the Atlanta area, none had anything around.

After multiple emails and texts back and forward with the dealers, I found one.
I was lucky enough to find one at MSRP, and got their only allocation too. 1K deposit asked (refundable).

Don't give up. Annoy them. They all will tell you 1k - 20k AMD (absurd), but be strict and straight with them.
Got an email from a GM from a dealership telling they will do MSRP too, but I already got my deposit like I stated above.

They don't want to do it, doesnt mean they wont do it. Follow up!
Dealers are crazy to not sell at MSRP.. Most ATL dealer lose money selling any car. A car at MSRP is like like hitting the jackpot for them.

Ya, everything I found has been 3-5k over as well...which I'm not going to do. Think I'm going to follow Rod's approach for sure. Fortunately, I'm in no hurry...but the first one to do MSRP and not require a ridiculous deposit, will get the business!

BTW, Autonation in Marietta wanted $5k, but they ended up reaching out to me bc I b*tched them out for the way they do business, and the GM contacted me offering MSRP. Same thing happen to Mall of GA Ford, but they still wanted $1k. It is possible guys. Just be firm!

Autonation Marietta wanted to charge me the $5k AND a $1000 'fee' (non-refundable). Told them to pound sand.

Nalley - Sandy Springs and Cherokee - Alpharetta both wanted $5k over, but no additional 'fee'.

I told them all to go eat dirt, since they all suck at doing business (I have done the car sales business before, they are crazy to pass on MSRP like I stated before).
Is a tough world out there, so stick to your guns. I was lucky enough to find one at MSRP at another dealer, that is why I did not get it at Autonation.
