Hey all, I put a few new parts on the RS after the snow season here in Colorado tore the stock stuff off.
A lot of people in the Facebook groups suggested going with the ADF Customs skid-plate, but I needed the front piece as well. I emailed the guys over at ADF and it just so happened they were in the middle of developing that exact part. I told them to keep me updated. A few months later they were ready, and I am one of the first to grab it.

I just want to give a big shout out to ADF for how nice these parts are! The fit and finish of both parts is so nice, and basically the same price Ford quoted me for the floppy cardboard crap. Pretty easy decision.

Cool people all around at ADF, and their parts seem rock solid.

I do really like, but the supports don't seem sturdy enough for heavy usage like the Dorian one (although some of us have found out that even theirs might not be enough). I think its a good substitute for the OEM though, although I never got the whole color match thing.

Sure, only time will tell how long the supports hold up, but it's one hell of an upgrade over stock cardboard pieces. These will absolutely be better protection over the Ford parts.

Certainly while installing them they didn't seem like they were coming off at all.

Out of curiosity...what was the turn around time? Did you have them do the install by chance? I'm considering making the haul up there as I don't have the rivetnut fastener that is required and I don't trust Ford to not **** this up as well.

I have just the main ADF plate. The rivnut tool fastener can be bought for 10-20 bucks at harbor freight, and comes with more rivnut pieces. Easy 30 minute install and Very useful for future projects.
