I’m surprised (kinda) GM doesn’t put a cap on markups. Doesn’t that defeat the affordable super car idea?
For me it’s simple. No clutch, no deal. All that spectacular other stuff, doesn’t matter. During the “RIDE”...that’s all you’re doing, is riding.

Yeh, Dodge muffed those from jump. I tried to buy my wife a Hell Kitty in late ‘15. That was a fiasco.

With us it wasn’t price, it was availability. After accepting our deposit, we were informed we could accept whatever ‘16 Hellcat showed up, whenever that may be, or get a refund.
