2017 Rs engine fault service now ***URGENT***

Hello
I drive a 2017 rs. I have simple bolt on mods on it currently (no tune). I took it to shop to get a downpipe put on. We unplugged the battery and it was unplugged for awhile. We went to go start the car after putting it back together and it started flashing all of these codes on the screen and freaking out: Engine Fault service now, it also would flash a bunch of random other things such as driver selection mode not available, hillstart assist not available, and AWD off. Does anyone know what the problem is????? we tried unplugging the battery several times to try and figure it out and it wouldn't work. All sensors were plugged back in.
Any help would be much appreciated!!!

Sounds like a grounding issue. Check to make sure the ground connections are still good.
If the car did not turn over, and was not running TAKE THAT GARBAGE OEM BATTERY OUT AND REPLACE IT WITH A OPTIMA(RED for long term insane reliability for always starting but not long term use with car off , 5 yr average life for mine when used properly,YELLOW for use with power accessories with car off temporarily, but not as long term as red for reliability to start over life of product after year 3+) or something name brand equivalent.
What codes did the ecu throw? Catted or decatted downpipe? What other mods?
Along with @Shimmer it could be your battery, esp if the battery sat without a battery tender. Try charging it

Welcome to the forum. At least this isn't an engine failure thread...yet.

Once again this failure strikes, have 2 17 RS, total of 3 failures , one an abs sensor and the other 2 speed sensor failures, have reported this to ford, at one point on the last failure the speedo stuck at one speed and wouldn't change even when I turned the car off and on at the dealership, fortunately this happened on the way to the dealership along with other series of faults

That’s a new one...
The amount of electronic gremlins seems endless.

If it hadn't happened to both of our RS's it would have been more worrisome, I would imagine that the ability to have drift mode probably causes overkill on these failures to prevent steering and speed control issues. We have never used drift mode but all three of these failures happened in the 27 to 30,000 mile range on both cars. By the third time the scrolling list of issues was just annoying when I started the car because I knew what to expect. Also that is a lot of power when just the front wheels are doing everything so be careful until it is fixed.
