Bumping this old thread because I couldn't find any posts about the EBC 2-piece rotors: Fully-Floating 2-Piece Brake Rotors - EBC Brakes
I ordered a set of the SG2FC2030SF. "SF" (Special Finish) version has Nitrous Blue anodized aluminum hats - they look really fancy on the coffee table as conversation pieces.
If anyone else has installed these rotors I would appreciate any feedback (good or bad) regarding the installation, maintenance, or driveability issues. My biggest concern is whether the stainless steel hardware will stand up to winter corrosion.

Here is a weight comparison of our 2-piece rotor vs an OEM solid vented disc. I have to admit I am not 100% sure which car this is from, but it shows there is a 2kg weight reduction using the SG2.
2kg may not sound a lot, but as un-sprung weight can reduce a significant amount across the four wheels.
