Probably not an issue in your area but posting for anyone concerned.

For anyone living in snow covered area with salt/rocks on the roads for months, check the rear fender paint near the junction to the bumper.

Also check your mesh grilles up front, mine rusted and were changed under warranty...and rusting again after only one winter.

Also noticed paint chipping under the aft edge of the door handle, mainly on driver’s door. This could happen anywhere.

If you can get the dealer to fix buzzing and rattling of the interior, do that. I brought mine in because the headliner and passenger B pillar rattle like crazy. The “techs” couldn’t hear a rattle and said it was nothing. I need to take it to a different dealer.

You're probably better off doing the fixes here on the forum yourself for these issues instead of wasting your time.

Sigh, yeah, most of my complaints were "no repro." They did add some sticky felt around some part of the sunroof, but that's about it. There's still a creak in the rear, and the panels moan and groan on uneven surfaces

This is what you need for the sunroof:

Coincidentally, it's also what keeps the fuel gauge / damper controller attached to the rear fender well. Ford didn't prep the surface for the sunroof, so the adhesive eventually fails.

The rattling headliner is insanely annoying. They do the same thing for me - "we don't hear it"

    My list >

    1) A/C didn't work (got it in Dec and when the first warm day rolled around did work). First dealer (Korum Ford, WA) said it wasn't charged from factory. So they install some parts to fix and charge system. I notify this dealer that ever since they did the A/C I hear odd gurgle sounds when its running - they can't hear it. Year later it's out again...for other reasons I gave up on this dealer and went to another. They look at the car and stated the wrong parts were installed - install the right ones and charged. Now its as right as rain. hmmmm...

    2) Pealing sideskirt PPF
    3) passenger visor like the rest of you
    4) PTU seal leaking on passenger side

Those are the fixed ones. These are others....

-Headliner on drivers side does have an odd rattling that I hear every so often.
-Rear drivers side rim has a fading color (white-ish), but this is on one spot and I could have easily missed on inspection of car when I got it. Have to call Ford on this one.
-Missing lug key. I think the first dealership lost it or didn't return it but will not admit it. Had to buy a new one.

I just had my entire dash replaced due to an imperfection in the passenger side. Hard to see in the picture but the bubble to the right of the air vent.

I don't think I'd trust them to replace the dash for such a small blemish. I'd be worried about them doing a ****ty job and introducing a bunch of extra squeaks/rattles.

just took the RS to the dealership today.

The infotainment system has become unusable. Judging from the service writer that checked me in, this is very normal.

This makes the 10th time in the 3 years and sub 7K miles it's been at the dealership for stupid little things.

I've owned a lot of cars for at least a decade. None of them had to see a mechanic this many times.
