It really depends on what you plan on doing with your RS (drag racing, track days, autox). I would love to drive someone else's RS with the LSD option, but we don't have any local to us. I've trained myself to steer with the rear of the car by throttle manipulation. If I had to choose, I would get the Quaife hands down. Sorry I didn't have more feedback for you on this.

It's really difficult to assess balance from the videos. What do you think of the car's handling balance? Any chance you can get a video that shows steering input during a run? Something like over the driver's shoulder.

Updated my original post to include a chart with the cost of modifications completed so far. Ouch.

Note: The intake is in the mail (to be installed in a week or so).

Head Gasket Recall. More information here.

    Notes:
    - Took 3 days
    - Ford provided a rental
    - Got a new cylinder head with the recall
    - Asked for pictures but only got (1) of the engine block. LOL.
    - Not too much carbon at only 4,936 miles. Love the catch can/baffle plate setup.

There is a tiny bit of rub only on the driver side rear tire. I will schedule an alignment appointment and bump the rear camber until it clears. Right now I'm at -2.9 degrees.

Running -2.9 in the rear? What about front? I wonder how it handles with that alignment. Im running -2.5 front and 2.2ish rear. The fronts are maxed out since I haven’t cut up the shock tower yet.

Your build has been very clean and thought out. I have followed many of your installs on your website.
