    Do you guys have any sort of testing data to prove these claims? That's a hefty price to ask without really explaining why the product is any better than the OEM controller.

    Here is a link to another thread that has had a lot of chatter going on about our DSC Sport product line for the Focus RS. On this page, a user tested the car at the track and gave his data and feedback. Also in the thread in the link provided, we have shock dyno videos as well as other video explanations on what it is that DSC Sport does. I understand that we are new to the Focus RS market, but if you would like to see even more feedback on our active controller and damper products, search for DSC Sport in the Corvette and Porsche market.

    Encouraged but have a few questions. 1) Does the controller work with the 2 position factory struts allowing c switching "on the fly" or is it an adjustable one position requiring change NOT using the stalk button? 2) Looking for graphs of just the controller on a factory strut vs on your struts. 3) Is the softest setting from the controller any softer than oem Normal setting?

    In other words would love some real world and shock dyno data using controller only with oem struts
    If I've missed this somewhere please advise where it is available. Thx.

    Went back and reread the other thrEads so if I understand correctly, you actually offer 3 settings for use with stock struts...normal = normal, sport = Track and an in between setup used when the drive mode (not suspension sport setting) is set to sport. The normal and track suspension settings are available from the stalk.

    Would really like to see the recommended controller shock graphs for the 3 settings compared to stock

    The controller might be the perfect choice for an aggressive street setup.

    Help me please understand. The OEM Ford Focus RS has two damper settings: (1) Stiff and (2) Track (even stiffer). So by switching between the existing (1) Stiff and (2) Track settings the DSC Sport controller will achieve two key things : (1) eliminate the pogo stick bounce and (2) provide a more compliant, comfortable ride. Wow amazed that this can be achieved using the OEM dampers!

    Our controller has three modes for the three Drive Modes that are not "drift" of the Focus RS. Normal is normal, Sport is sport and Track is track. You can still use the stalk to select Normal and Track shock settings.

    In regards to dyno graphs I will see what our engineer can do. He just returned from the PRI Show and is into a few projects right now but I will see what he can do. Here are dyno videos explaining the curve of the stock valve in the shock and also about the curve of our active dampers. With the active controller, we are able to control the range of the factory valve. Stock, you have stiff and stiffer. With the DSC Sport controller, we are able to adjust the current going to the valve. We can make the Normal mode more compliant throughout the full calibration range which makes the car ride nicer in the normal mode. Same goes for Track where the car used to be extremely stiff and harsh. Now it is compliant and we were able to control the current at a differently and at an active rate.

    I know that this shock dyno shows a different damper being put to the test and showing a different overlay, but our engineer does speak about the factory valving and how we are able to change it with the controller. The shocks shows on the dyno in this video are the Tractive dampers that we are offering for the Focus RS. There will be another thread started soon for these dampers.

    I think your overall reaction is the same as mine, but would like to see the dyno graphs to see the actual data and shape of the damping in the recommended DSC controller. Obviously the provided info shows improved track times, so that is a good sign....now to see the low speed shock damping comparison.
