Where is the Damper Control Module located?

Does anyone know where the damper control module is located in the car? The fuse box in the hatch area has a fuse and a relay that are both shared for the fuel system and damper control module, so I'm thinking it may be in the rear somewhere. Thanks in advance for the info.

Hey @NB_RS - do you still have access to the service manual? If so, could you look this up for me when you have time? My shocks throw an error when I try to switch them, so I'm trying to troubleshoot any loose connections before taking it to the dealer. Thanks.

Sorry for the delay. I was in Boston when you posted. Looks like someone took care of it for you.

Hey JWA, sorry to revive an old thread, but my car is now doing the same thing -- giving me an error when I try to switch the dampers to the firmer setting.

What ended up being the solution?

It was an issue with the electrical connector on in one of the shocks. Looked to have been crunched when they connected it at the factory. The dealer replaced it, under warranty. That was immediately upon delivery, so if yours has worked probably not the same issue. Best of luck with it.

Thanks, JWA. I just found the other thread where you mentioned the fix. This happened after they replaced my motor for rod knock and replaced a leaky strut, so I suspect it's a similar problem to yours, but that it was caused during the repair.
