Yeah, I get the stupid award for the month maybe year. All is well now. RTFM. I either shut it off when plugging the OBDII adpater in or it shut itself off at some point during the write process. Either way all is good now.
    Thanks for the replies

    What module is this in?

Not entirely sure, but I believe it's under the BCM

Actually there is a section in BCM and IPC that deals with TPMS. IPC is used for the display part and BCM is used for the actual control module configuration.
I have been away from the FORScan stuff since early spring because of summer work. Now that my part time position will be over starting in October, I plan to get back into FORscan and other related stuff.

Has anyone figured out how to lower the TPMS warning light threshold? Please forgive me if I overlooked it in this thread.

Engineering / test mode works on our cars too. I checked it this morning:

If you buy one, drive it hard. Because thrills like these don’t happen often.

Interesting. Would be nice if we had a decoder of some sort to see what those codes/parameters are. I'm sure most of them can be picked up by a Cobb AP, but would be cool to see

Anyone come across the eco shift indicator parameter for the IPC? I know it's potentially annoying but it's another widget to enable on the car. I can't find it on here or any other site, and in FORScan it's already showing as enabled (maybe for the performance shift light).

I did the climate change update and thought all was good. I noticed now that the 12v (cigarette) plug is now always on. It used to be switched. Any thoughts on how I could get it back to switched?

I believe it switches off after a while but stays on for minutes after the car is turned off.

(this is from the online owner manual for the '17 Focus):
    12 Volt DC Power Point
    WARNING
Do not plug optional electrical accessories into the cigar lighter socket. Incorrect use of the cigar lighter can cause damage not covered by the vehicle warranty, and can result in fire or serious injury.
Do not use a power point for operating a cigar lighter. Incorrect use of the power points can cause damage not covered by the vehicle warranty, and can result in fire or serious injury.
Note: After starting your vehicle, you can use the socket to power 12-volt appliances with a maximum current rating of 15 amps. After you switch your vehicle off, the power supply works only for a maximum of 11 minutes.
