Its a premium car, I wouldn't have minded paying for the privilege of MagRide.
Would not the MAG ride have added more pork to the belly of the RS?
I guess under the budget they did ok.

I have no issues with the ride and relative harshness of the RS - that's what contributes to the visceral quality of the driving experience and this is sadly lacking from the driving experience of so many cars today......

    Yep!

For me, no issue with ride quality, just with the quick rebound, high rear roll which make for wayward high-speed 5th-6th bumpy road behaviour. Good for turn and rotation in 1st-4th gear twisties, but...as intentionally tuned.

I mean, yeah, sure - I too would not mind the suspension if it never got cold where I lived, so I didn't have to deal with the warzone-like state of the roads in the spring

There is more vehicles to come out of Ford performance in the near future. I know Ford is looking into making a rally mustang with the rs badge, well see how far it goes. They are also looking to put the raptor engine in the explorer for the explorer rs, and the 3.0l gtdi 400/400 in the edge, but there been worried about chassis flex. Both will be more "track oriented" compared to the st. Well se what happens.
