Yesterday I installed my new 18" wheels.
I went for Ronal R54 Titan ( 8x18 ET50 )
I was trying to get something with great value for money. And in terms of look I can say they exceeded my expectations
I'll be using the TDs for track/AX use, and will probably swap the OEM forged wheels over to winter/all-season duty once the MPSS's are toast.
Hey dudes, 9" wheel will definitely fit with stock suspension/lowering springs. 9.5 or maybe even 10s on coil overs. Hard part is finding non custom wheels with the right offset. 8.5" in +35 or higher would be easy. 9" at about +40 I think would be about right, maybe +42. You won't find wheels in that size though. Good luck, and don't take my word for it please lol.
Eta: I see TD gets close with the 18x9 +38. That would be ok, 100% with negative camber. Otherwise I'd advise a slightly stretched tire for the first set to check fitment. I am on 18x9 +35. Look at tire rack and mfg's measured tread width and suggested wheel width. Find a tire that measures under 9" and has a 9" wheel as the largest width suggested for that tire. Like a federal rsr 235/40. This is the way to go vs a smaller wheel if you ever want coilovers and camber you can get up to say a 9.5" tire on there.
To your other question, it's all about measured tread width and diameter, not the metric labeling system. Most manufactures will differ wildly, the stock tire is something like 25.5" in diameter, use tire rack spec sheets for find a tire and size ratio that is close to that. I have 255/40, 35 probably would have fit w/o any rub.

Hey everyone, Lots of good info. I'm looking for some white wheels for my NB RS. I like the Rota Wheels Grid 18x8.5 5x108 but I don't know which offset I should be looking for? Im really just looking for the look. I figured these won't be light the the stock 19' so I'm going to probably just use those for the track and get some sticky tires and a everyday tire for the Rota Street. I've read a lot about this brand and its issues but I have a 3 mile commute.
I don't know how I missed that. I was reading bunch of pages and completed missed (ignored) that. Thanks
Anybody know the actual weight of the stock 19" wheels?
