I wrapped them in Continental Extremecontact Sports in 265/35/18. Stock suspension. I highly recommend these tires if you’re looking for above Michelin Super Sport performance at Indy 500 pricing. I wouldn’t say these tires are better than the Michelin P4S, but they’re not far behind and are over $60 a tire less. The Contis also have a rounded shoulder; the blockier P4S would likely rub, while these don’t rub at all.

Thank you for the pics! This seals the deal for me.

Almost didn’t post these out of wanting to keep the secret for myself haha. The Satin Titanium looks way better in person, as does this wheel; it has little details you can’t see in pictures.

Be careful if you go 265s in another tire, you will likely get some slight rubbing, even with stock suspension.

I have a DSC controller and have lowered the TPMS threshold using FORscan so I can run 30psi. Those two suspension mods totally transformed the ride. I had actually sold the Whiteline springs I was going to install and have left it at stock. I live in Downtown Houston, and the streets here make lowering my car untenable.

Can confirm 265s Michelin Pilots 4s fit fine with your specs.

Have considered the Conti before but worry that I wouldn't get the mileage out of them like the Michelin.

I can’t give feedback for mileage on an RS, but my buddy has an M3 that he’s tracked at least a dozen times and got 8k miles out of the rears. I’d imagine the track days ate up a lot of the tread life more than anything.

Like the color of your wheels a lot, which color specifically is that? I went cheaper this time, but a buddy of mine successfully claimed the mileage warranty on the 4S despite quite a bit of track use so I’m going to be strongly considering the 4S next time around.

Finally! I have something to add to this thread!

I picked up a set of Konig Dekagram 18x8.5 + Michelin PS4S 245/40 ZR18 yesterday... I am very pleased with how they came out!

Current: 2016 Focus RS FW RS2 - 61k miles and counting! Head gasket mod* only.
    Past: 2008 Audi S4 DTM
    Further past: 2008 BMW 335i (lemon'd)
