I'm having troubles getting into my driveway now. Will have to raise the car a bit. Quick Video. Glad I didn't go with a Carbon Fiber piece.

Will pick a set up if it starts to sag.

Also contacted Flowdesigns, and they are sending me replacement hardware, and were very apologetic.

Looks like you followed the main body lines and from your pics it looks good. I have no idea why mine looked too far in to me when I did it in person. I do like mine pull out a bit though. I basically wanted to make sure that the skirt was 100% protected by the side splitter from the ground.
Wow you did much better than me at re-installing them! Dont know how you managed to get all the clips back without pulling any out but I was always unable to fit at least one of the clips on each side.

As you said you probably will not need to replace only one clip. I have two missing on the passenger side and the skirt is still solid, I'll replace them tonight but if I had only broken one I doubt I would bother to do so! I picked up some spare clips at the dealer yesterday and I had moved the missing ones so that I'll only need to pop the aft end of the skirt to fit them.

I did follow the lines of the skirt vs the extensions. I considered pulling them further out as you suggested but kept them as intended, curious to see pictures of yours to visualise how they look further out at the front. I have not checked with a carpenter's square but I would say thay are barely flush or even a bit sub-flush with respect to the skirt surface at the front. They are probably just looking better in pictures as far as positioning, in person they would probably be identical to how they looked on your car before you moved them further out.

Took the evening off yesterday, planning to start making the nut retainers for the front splitter side attachments tonight and have it installed by the end of the easter week-end. I hope ground clearance will not become an issue like @2002whitegt reported! Should not be so bad at stock height I guess!

Installed the front splitter over the week-end.

Making some nut retainers worked but took quite some time since I did not have the best tools for cutting aluminum and did not have a blind nut tool. But in the end it worked. Had to trim them flush to the undertray edge (not shown on attached pictures) for the undertray to fit properly and line up the holes. They are secured with double face tape and I also added some blind rivets to make sure I did not push them up during splitter mounting. Now I can take it off without dismantling anything.

Used the splitter extensions at their inner most position. Quite happy with the solid mounting and splitter shape/design. Still have about 5 1/2in clearance up front on stock suspension (although a bit further from the wheels now) so ground clearance should not be too bad except on the worst curbs.

Note you will need to cut a 4mm allen key short to fit the extensions since one of the mounting holes has an insert on the far side you need to hold to tighten the bolt but with limited backspace. I cut mine too short (too close to the bend), will need a new one to cut it right this time, kinda wish the provided one in the kit already cut to the required length.

Looks great! How much lower is the front of the car and how far out from the car is it? I'm having clearance issues with the Maxton racing splitter so looking for something smaller.

Don't think this is slimmer than the Maxton. It's definitely thicker and stronger though

Technically it’s 10mm lower (.400”) as this is how thick the spoiler is. But the center is much more as it’s levelled all across now. The extensions add another 4mm at the sides (.160”).

It extends maybe 1.5in fwd near the stock bumper points at the front. But it’s considerably more on the sides since again it’s leveled and the bumper cover curves in on the sides.

I scraped it only once so far on a very steep incline out of the place where I store another vehicule. It did not scratch the extension (those look though), only scooped a good amount of gravel above the lip!

Had the maxton on my st...broke and edge of it while parrallel parking in packed/frozen snow. The flowdesign spoiler is clearly capable of living through a winter and even worse. I’d be worried of tearing out the bumper cover and front undertray before anything happens to the splitter!
@eglove did you car start heating more than usual with all the radiator/intercooler opening filled?

I had mine frozen bad after a freezing rain/wet snow evening and it was definitely making the car heat up more than usual! Was glad I was not going very far that day!

Not so clear on the picture but the whole grilles were covered with a sheet of ice thicker than shown on the antenna!
