What do you think of the hood struts so far? Think they will hold up over time?
Thanks! That was the idea, to make it look like the other air duct

    I went with a 255-35-19 Michelin PS4S
I also have KW V3’s, with Ground Control camber plate
MassiveSpeedSytems camber arms and toe arms
And a TB performance front strut bar
All will be installed next week.

As for the hood struts, I installed them yesterday.
Im hoping they hold up. Not sure what the “lifetime limited warranty” means.
The hood still needs to be assisted for it to lift, unlike other makes like BMW where the hood literally propels haha.

    Hope this helps!!

Thank you for the info, Overspooled! Those wheels are beautiful! Please get one on a scale if you can.

Keep us updated on your car once you get everything installed. I hope that you don't have the same clunking noises from the GC plates that a lot of us did - annoying!

Will do, going to get these weighed ASAP
I was reading up on that, Stiletto mentioned that it was the order that they were supposed to be mounted that stopped the clunk?
And then I see Hank added nordlock washers..
I’m bringing it to a reputable shop, hoping they can figure out any potential clunks

    Thanks

Mine never loosened and everything was assembled in the correct order by me so maybe it's the luck of the draw. Swapped them for Vorshlags and no more issues. Either way, good luck and keep us updated!

My stock wheels are currently being powder coated Illusion Purple along with my intake! I've been dreaming of baby blue Brembo behind the purple for months 😈
