Right now I would just like Ford to get Sync to work properly and reliably. I had another incident today on the drive into work where Sync just seemed to shut down. The radio station I was on kept playing, but Sync didn't respond to anything, had a blue screen and nothing I did fixed it while driving. Just over 200 miles on the car, and this has happened three or four times. Eventually it seems to reset and come back, but it is a PITA when you are driving along without access to radio or nav controls. Sadly, I understand that mine is not a unique experience with the Ford option.
Sync is my biggest disappointment with the RS. Most of my experience is with the GMC alternative in our GM Terrain. That thing doesn't have voice control, but it works flawlessly and has never even glitched let alone just lock up or stop working.

....but why. I can already ask Google the weather and when stores close from inside my car. I can't think of a single thing that Alexa could offer that isn't covered by the existing Android Auto/Carplay dynamic duo because I'm sure as hell not going to be researching and purchasing TVs or whatever while I'm driving.
