I don't dislike either of them. In fact I quite like both of their shenanigans.

Man, now this ... this cuts to the core!

Can anyone recommend any month long self reflection/awareness conferences?

I will! I need to be more active on the forum. I've been on here for a year and a half and have had the car for almost a year and only 80 something posts. SMH.

    Quality, not quantity, my friend.

I'm super interested in your build as it is right now, and also with the upcoming levels of insanity.

I probably could/should just ask DHM directly, but where did the 2.0 block come from (what make/model/year), and are some variants better than others? Like, is there a v4 vs a v5 for those blocks? Also, with the cylinder setup in that, is there room to bore and/or sleeve to make a 2.5? or is the crank already pushing the limits of the engine geometry? I wish I knew more about engine building to ask better questions, but this is the best I can do for now. Regardless, this is great knowledge and very reassuring given how freaked out the community is right now about blocks and issues. Keep up the good work.

The engine geometry would stop you from further stroking the engine. But you can always have it bored, sleeves, and custom pistons built.

While I agree, both of them invalidate themselves and their opinions with their behavior. I get that it's "worse" for Adam to do so because he also wants to make money off the people here, but when gte goes on his rants I tend to start ignoring whatever his point is because it gets buried in the bull****.

Sorry that's what I meant (boring, not further stroking). Thanks for confirming, though!

From what i read here and on the facepages, Ron dismisses any of Adam's opinions as arrogance and ****ty customer service cause his ass isn't being kissed. GTE then piles on cause he's got a beef with Adam too.

I haven't ever spoken to nor bought anything from Adam, but i don't see the arrogance in the posts i've read regarding the block cracking and gasket rivet issues. I read his responses as his side of the story. Might not be the ass kissing some are used to and demand, but they aren't ignorant bull**** spewing.

Both Ron and GTE would be better served by not immediately dismissing what the guy has to say just because there's been past disagreements.

I'm liking the 2.0 block option.
